The ideal candidate is a senior level brand strategist with experience leading comprehensive, complex brand programs. We want candidates that strive to deliver radical creativity and that can help clients reimagine how to leverage brand to engage customers and grow their business. You should have at least 15 years of relevant strategy experience and possess a strong understanding of brand architecture and digital. Experience working in the financial services and/or technology sectors are a plus.
Your role will encompass leading and delivering outstanding work, pitching and growing client relationships, and helping to elevate Monigle.
In this role, your can expect:

• Successfully design, structure and lead critical client engagements across Monigle with emphasis in the areas of business, brand and culture.
• Lead and own pitch experiences (especially large-scale prospects) and large, multi-stream engagements
• Drive growth conversations and actively identify and close opportunities that broaden and diversify the Monigle portfolio and offerings - both with existing clients as well as prospects
• Partner with the strategy director group to develop talent, help manage day-to-day strategy needs, and elevate the quality of strategic deliverables
• Pioneer and contribute to new thinking and initiatives outside of project work that make Monigle a better and more inspiring place to work
• Work collaboratively with our team, participating and executing our go-to-market and growth strategy and integrating it back to our broader Monigle offer
• Work closely and regularly with leadership across Monigle to identify cross-departmental opportunities, challenges, staffing etc. to identify and present opportunities to optimize, evolve and transform the Monigle offer and how we deliver
• Work with leadership and Marketing to assist in content development and other thought leadership activities to enhance Monigle's reputation
• Act as a coach and mentor to project teams and individuals
• Impact the overall Monigle vision and direction

Our ideal candidate:

• 15+ years experience working in brand strategy at an advertising or brand agency
• Bachelors degree
• Experience leading large, multi-stream engagements at the national and global scale
• Proven experience driving, defining and influencing growth/new business conversations with net new as well as existing clients
• Exceptional communication stills- both written and verbal
• Expertise in developing and delivering presentations
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint
• Experience with various research methodologies and comfort with qualitative and quantitative data

Salary range: $176,000 - 220,000 (Denver, Colorado area); $220,000 - $275,000 (New York, New York area)

• Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience, and may vary from the amount listed above.
