Reporting to the Vice President of Product Marketing, you will lead a team overseeing web marketing, SEO, web growth and web PMO. You will lead a team of innovative, data-driven leaders and establish our self-serve/e-commerce channel as the key driver of our success and trajectory.

You will

  • Execute a comprehensive website strategy aligned with our goals by assessing industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for website enhancement and innovation.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the company website, ensuring it delivers an exceptional user experience, meets performance metrics, and supports lead generation and conversion goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update and optimize website content, functionality, and design.

  • Build a short-term and longer-term roadmap for SEO to help deliver growth globally for SurveyMonkey. Partner with cross-functional colleagues in product, engineering, brand, research, and content to develop alignment and prioritization for SEO projects.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the customer journey, landing pages, and conversion funnels, and implement strategies to drive higher conversion rates. This will involve conducting A/B tests, usability tests, and other methods to validate hypotheses and make data-driven decisions.
  • Coordinate with the IT and development teams to ensure the website's infrastructure, security, and performance meet industry standards. Oversee website maintenance, including bug fixes, updates, and integrations with third-party tools and platforms.
  • Partner with data analytics team to establish KPIs and monitor website performance using analytics tools. Provide comprehensive reports to senior management, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and lead a high-performing web team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.

You have

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with website management, digital marketing, and UX optimization in either a high volume Product Led Growth software company or a consumer e-commerce website.
