Senior Director Wellness

The Senior Director Wellness has oversight of the Montefiore associate wellness programs which targets the physical, emotional and mental health for all associates and communities. As a member of the leadership team, this position will be under the direction of the Vice President Total Rewards. This position ensures that the overall goals relating to the wellness programs are carried out, while providing leadership, development/execution of policies, processes and programs (aligns with the organizations mission, vision and values). Meets financial objectives of the various programs. Removes barriers and creates decisions/solutions on difficult situations which may impact the various program's quality and implementation. Establishes relationships with providers, as well as the organizations internal departments (customers).

Education: Bachelor's degree. Master's Degree preferred. 10 years experience.
