Sr. IT Director, Marketing Sales & Support, Business Applications

• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirement workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
• Business Problem analysis, requirement analysis, consulting with the business
• Develop user stories, technical requirements, process flow diagram and relationship diagrams such as flow charts
• Partner with business stakeholders to maintain a prioritized strategic roadmap
• Provide strong analytical, problem solving, technical, and project management skills to effectively collect requirements, evaluate options (RFP), and design and deliver quality solutions.
• Own functional tasks and deliverables, including: process definition, requirements gathering, vendor selection, fit/gap analysis, functional design, testing, training, reporting, support, and continuous improvement of business applications.
• Work to drive adoption and alignment across the company’s business processes and systems.
• Use and recommend best practices while delivering scalable high quality solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred).
• Skills Details:Product management, E-commerce, Customer Journey
• Strong knowledge and experience with various Digital Commerce platforms – especially those in the B2B2C world ie Commerce Cloud, Magento, Salesforce, Shopify, Big Commerce, etc.
• 7+ years of experience gathering requirements, implementing, configuring and administering SaaS business systems for a software company
• Passion for creating a frictionless end user experience.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario
• Have a proven ability to establish rapport, credibility and influence others to drive results across business units
• Past examples of using customer insights and data analytics to drive roadmap and to improve features and user experiences.
• Be able to work independently; anticipating and resolving problems
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hard working, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including experience meeting with and presenting information to senior leadership.
