Senior eCommerce Manager (Amazon)

Job Summary:
The Senior Manager eCommerce is a highly visible role responsible for leading and growing our established Amazon and Direct-to-Consumer businesses. This individual should be self-motivated, have an entrepreneurial spirit and the Amazon experience to lead the day-to-day while helping develop strategies to drive long-term business performance.
Job Description:
Essential Job Functions
- Lead development of Annual Operating Plans which includes providing sales forecasts and key strategies to meet objectives.
- Manage annual marketing budgets and Amazon Media Agency to launch campaigns and optimize results.
- Develop and execute annual promotional calendar while using historical results to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop relationship with Amazon Team, lead business review meetings and manage annual negotiations.
- Work closely with Blue Diamond Sales Operations and Finance Teams to update business forecasts and P&Ls.
- Work with Blue Diamond Supply Chain organization to improve Operational Performance and reduce Chargebacks.
- Identify assortment gaps and work cross-functionally to develop and launch new items.
- Manage and execute Best-in-Class digital merchandising including Product Images, A+ Content and Brand Stores.
- Manage catalog and trouble shoot product/pricing issues that negatively impact performance.
- Develop and present ongoing presentations to provide business updates and trends.
Direct-to-Consumer (DTC)
- Develop DTC long term vision and strategy using historical sales performance and broader eCommerce trends.
- Manage the overall website, including site navigation, content development and digital merchandising.
- Improve and iterate the customer experience to maximize sales and conversions.
- Develop, manage, and optimize email programs including automated flows and regular campaign style emails.
- Work cross-functionally to develop new gift items and product bundles.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7 total years' experience with minimum of 3 years' managing/leading an Amazon Business (1P)
- Deep knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central
- Ability to work independently and build strong cross-functional relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Salsify experience a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 Years DTC eCommerce
- Shopify and Klaviyo experience
This position may be available in the following location(s): US - Remote (Ideally Chicago, California or Seattle). Travel expectation 10-15%.
