We are looking for a Senior Ecosystem Growth Associate to join our DeFi and Crypto Native team. This role will be an integral part in bringing in new and exciting partnerships and products to the Avalanche community. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide general assistance to the business development team
• Perform due diligence on new partners and ecosystem projects
• Grow existing partnerships with DeFi protocols and crypto native dApps
• Draft and present new business and partnership opportunities to business leadership
• Performance analysis on partnership metrics and ROI
• Research, analyze, and report on DeFi and crypto industry trends and growth opportunities
• Attend industry conferences and events
• Maintain internal team databases and repositories
• Draft reports for company leadership
• Collaborate cross functionally with other internal business units
• Prepare internal and partners' corporate documents
• Develop and sustain a high level of professionalism among staff and external partners

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years of business development, finance, consulting and/or crypto experience
• Knowledge of crypto/DeFi market
• Detail oriented and analytical
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive team player

Salary Range: $108,000 to $135,000
