About the role
Life MD is looking for an experienced content designer/creator for email/sms marketing with the passion and know-how to nurture leads to drive acquisition, retention, and deliver a great experience through our life-cycle campaigns across our family of brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of writing content and laying out creative storyboards for email/SMS campaigns. The candidate will also have to demonstrate the ability to use an applied analytics approach to meet performance metrics, while leveraging multiple campaign strategies throughout our communication platforms.
Responsibilities
- Produce well-researched content for email, SMS, and call campaigns
- Create messaging strategies to increase CTA's and conversions
- Design and storyboard content for marketing automation journeys
- Manage new campaign efforts from ideation through execution and optimization
- Analyze data within ESP and platforms to provide weekly updates for CAO/CMO
- Utilize data to make informed optimizations
- Build a thorough long-term plan for lifecycle efforts
- Keep an organized log of optimizations and historical data to drive strategic changes over the course of campaigns
- Communicate with the team about data analysis, creative requests, timelines, etc.
- Participate and engage in team meetings to plan out future creative campaigns
- Work closely with design & copywriting team members to implement thorough creative testing processes and report against results
Requirements
- Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional digital portfolio
- Demonstrated experience working with data to drive campaigns and inform strategy while executing cross-channel marketing campaigns (email, in-app, push, SMS)
- 1-3 years of Email Marketing experience in a D2C environment required; e-commerce, subscription or B2B is also a plus
- Self-motivated, and ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
- Excellent cross-functional communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Impeccable grasp of the English language
- Proven record of how to use personalization in customer communications
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and storyboarding platforms like Figma
- Understanding of Responsive Email Design using HTML and CSS
- 1+ year of experience designing marketing communications and e-commerce automation journeys using platforms like Braze
- Bonus points if you've worked in telehealth, healthcare, or a subscription-based business
