About the Role:
The Senior Email Marketing Manager will manage the creation, execution, measurement, and optimization of acquisition email marketing campaigns and lead lifecycle programs that will help our team reach its goals. You will work in collaboration with Marketing Technology, Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, and Product.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end build and execution of email marketing campaigns targeted towards prospective customers, with a focus on segmentation, personalization, dynamic content, A/B + multivariate testing, QA, and workflow and program optimization.
• Launch, optimize and report on integrated lead lifecycle marketing campaigns through multiple channels to help drive MQLs and pipeline targets.
• Support and advise on marketing operations initiatives such as lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, and implementing best practices.
• Support and consult with Campaign Managers and cross-functional teammates on email marketing and trigger-based, personalized campaigns that will target prospective customers at all points in their lifecycle.
• Ensure email engagement, delivery, performance, and list hygiene is optimized.
• Manage campaign performance reporting to monitor trends and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 5+ years of professional experience in email marketing and marketing automation
• Experience managing day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, and deployment of batch, nurture, onboarding, engagement programs and triggered-based campaigns
• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and B2C Full Funnel Marketing.
• Experienced user of Marketo (Marketo Expert certified) and CRM software (Salesforce strongly preferred)
• Plan and execute ongoing A/B + multivariate testing (layout, format, frequency, images, etc) for continual performance improvements to hit KPIs
• Minimum of two years of experience managing a team
• Interest in, and up to date on, current digital and email marketing industry best practices, trends, and challenges
• Strong knowledge of data analytics tools including Tableau, Google Analytics, 6Sense, and Drift
• SQL and HTML coding experience
• Experience with ABM & B2B communications with strong experience in multi-channel marketing
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS company in the security or network space, combined with knowledge of how the Internet works
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving growing environment with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrate ability to be a highly effective communicator, organized project manager, and strong team player

Compensation
Compensation may be adjusted depending on work location.

• For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $149,000 - $183,000.
