Work Model: Remote with a preference for a central time-zone candidate.

The Senior Email Marketing Specialist focuses on email marketing initiatives with comprehensive brand building and lead generation campaigns. This valued team members is part of an eight-person in-house marketing team that specialize in different aspects of marketing and communication.

(60%) Manage email marketing production and provide marketing automation support. Set up and send out scheduled and timely marketing mass emails and 1:1 emails for 12 lines of business per the marketing production calendar. Set up workflows to accommodate for various marketing automation projects including event registration, web contact forms, and client survey distributions. Participate in marketing automation consultant meetings, assist with reporting workflow and analysis, and provide recommendations for improvement.

(35%) Build & Maintain Salesforce Lists - This position meets and works with our line of business leaders to build and maintain dynamic Salesforce lists (customers, prospects, and referral sources) that align with sales and marketing needs, as well as pull lists to be used for targeted campaigns. This involves understanding our company structure and offerings, target audiences, the company sales and marketing processes, the use of our company's CRM system (Salesforce), the integration of the company's marketing automation system (Marketo) with Salesforce, and list subsidizing (ZoomInfo) and cleaning (ZeroBounce) tools.

(5%) Salesforce Assistance - This position helps the sales teams with day-to-day questions regarding email lists within Salesforce. This position trains sales on how to access and update lists, as well as access reports on email click-thrus, event RSVPs, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience in email marketing and optimization
• Experience with Marketo or similar email platform
• Experience with Salesforce (reporting, campaigns, contact/account updates, etc.)
• Experience with development and maintaining email lists
• Advanced experience with Excel
