EverQuote is hiring for a Senior Employee Engagement Specialist in our Cambridge, MA office. As the Senior Employee Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping to shape the culture of our company by leading efforts to optimize the employee experience and providing an in-office (Hybrid 3 Days/Week) presence for the EverQuote People Operations team. Reporting to our Senior Manager, People Operations, the right candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional employee experiences, maintain a 'no-task-is-too-small' mindset, and be a dependable team player.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will partner with People Operations leadership to diagnose and take action on employee engagement initiatives to support the onboarding, development, and retention of our workforce. This will include but may not be limited to:

• Organization, facilitation, and reporting of our quarterly eNPS surveys
• Thought partnership with department leaders in determining appropriate actions to improve the employee experience
• Partnership with Office Management staff in the creation of in-office programming designed to cultivate an inclusive and positive work culture
• Ownership of intern and super-day hiring events 
• Lead in the creation and launch of an EverQuote Mentorship program 
• Partner with the Senior People Operations Manager on the iteration, organization, and delivery of a bi-annual leadership development program
• Management of employer branding initiatives; ownership of EverQuote social media accounts
• Provide any additional support needed to the People Operations and G&A teams

What You’ll Need

• Passionate about the employee experience. Ideally this was a key part of your last role, and you’re excited to innovate and built a best-in-class program
• Able to analyze, synthesize and use data to tell a story and measure impact
• Have 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in People Operations or related field
• Possess a strong track record of building successful relationships with multiple stakeholders across all levels, including executives
• Willing to do what it takes to get the job done.  You’re comfortable strategizing at a high level and presenting to the c-suite, in addition to doing the nitty gritty of email outreach, calendaring, and onboarding coordination

• Ability to work in our Cambridge office at least 3 days/week.
