The Senior Employee Experience Partner will report to the Chief People Officer and will have accountability for supporting the development of, and executing, a comprehensive people experience strategy that enhances the overall employee experience for all our employees globally, optimises a positive and inclusive culture, enhances engagement and retention and drives overall organisational performance.


The Senior Employee Experience Partner will play a critical role in shaping and nurturing a workplace culture that aligns with our company values and business objectives and ensures we make Oritain a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee engagement:

§ Manage the engagement survey, including preparing the survey, supporting employees with completion and sending reminders, analysing the results and producing reports

§ Develop and lead engagement action plans, including planning sessions with employees, creating clear engagement actions, and engaging managers and senior leaders

§ Manage the output from the action plans, keep on track of actions and ensure employee engagement throughout

D, E & I:

§ Develop and execute innovative initiatives to embed a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion across the organisation globally

§ Establish and lead D, E, & I networking groups to drive continuous improvement

§ Track and analyse data, and use metrics to measure success

Culture & wellbeing:

§ Drive company culture through introducing initiatives to improve wellbeing, engagement and performance

§ Ensure all people projects and processes are completed through a DEI and culture Lense

§ Develop and promote well-being initiatives that support the physical, mental and emotional well-being of our employees.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Senior Employee Experience or Engagement role.
  • Proven success at developing and executing strategic plans to enhance culture and engagement
  • Global exposure with proven experience supporting global initiatives, specifically US and New Zealand
  • Degree educated, ideally in HR Management, people science or MBA.
  • A blend of experience gained in corporate/consultancy environments and scale up organisations.
  • Excellent communications and engagement skills at all levels from C-suite to employee.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, engagement strategies to enhance the employee experience.
  • Ability to work pro-actively and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating a high degree of initiative.
  • Ability to work from our London hub 3 days a week and flexibility to travel globally (US and New Zealand will be required).
