  • Provide expert guidance and consultation to managers, HR teams, and senior leaders on employee relations issues, performance management, workplace conduct, and organizational policies.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure fair, respectful, and compliant handling of employee matters while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Analyze employee relations trends and workplace data to identify root causes, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support organizational projects and global initiatives related to employee engagement, inclusion, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, guidelines, and best practices focused on workplace behavior, performance management, and conflict prevention.
  • Contribute to the development and interpretation of HR policies, leave accommodations, reduction-in-force processes, and employee support frameworks.
  • Promote a culture of openness, trust, accountability, and inclusion through proactive coaching and employee relations strategies.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree or legal studies background is considered a strong advantage.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering, or related HR advisory roles within global organizations.
    • Strong expertise in employment law principles, workplace investigations, compliance practices, and risk management strategies.
    • Proven ability to manage sensitive employee issues with sound judgment, empathy, and professionalism across all organizational levels.
    • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships across functions and leadership teams.
    • Strong analytical mindset with experience using workforce data and trends to drive strategic employee relations decisions.
    • Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating successful training and development programs for managers and employees.
    • Advanced communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, including public speaking capabilities.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while balancing strategic initiatives and urgent employee matters effectively.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive compensation package including base salary, potential bonuses, and stock grants.
      • Comprehensive healthcare and employee benefits programs.
      • Flexible remote working opportunities across the United Kingdom and selected EMEA locations.
      • Inclusive and collaborative work culture focused on employee wellbeing and belonging.
      • Career development opportunities within a globally recognized and innovative organization.
      • Exposure to international HR and employee relations initiatives in a multicultural environment.
      • Access to ongoing learning, professional development, and leadership growth opportunities.
