About The Role & Team

The Enablement team leverages competencies, technology, and process to support the rapid growth of Amplitude. We partner with leaders from the Go-to-Market team (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Strategy & Operations and Partnerships) to develop a cohesive go-to-market strategy and execute on a global scale. 

In this role you will:

As a Senior Enablement Program Manager, Global Sellers, you will be responsible for ensuring the Global Account Executives are equipped with the content and skills to manage their territory, account planning and perform deal execution. You are passionate about sales, sales methodologies and processes, and thrive on helping others succeed. In this highly dynamic role you will be equal parts program manager, content developer, facilitator and Enablement business partner to our Sales organization. 

Responsibilities

  • Coach and support front-line managers and Account Executives  in best practices regarding MEDDPICC deal reviews, skills coaching, territory management, and account planning
  • Develop a deep understanding of the sales skills needs in region through collaboration with leaders, individual contributors and the broader global enablement team across the different segments and roles 
  • Provide recommendations for scalable sales enablement focused programs
  • Partner with senior Sales Leaders as their strategic Enablement business partner to conduct needs assessments and promote/prescribe enablement initiatives 
  • Manage sales enablement program metrics from start to finish, partnering cross functionally & communicate the programs success 
  • Deliver sessions focused on key sales process and skills such as discovery, negotiation, deal execution, territory and account planning

Basic Qualifications 

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5-7 years in a B2B SaaS Customer facing role or Sales Enablement 
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and processes, territory and account planning 
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a consultant, including skills to probe for understanding, identify issues and opportunities, suggest win-win resolutions with cross functional teams
  • Experience facilitating workshops and delivering presentations
  • Experience in developing effectiveness measurement programs end to end
  • Experience using LMS, CMS and learning authoring systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Experience managing programs

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Ability to design and develop engaging and interactive training using a variety of modalities and methods that are  focused on practical application of learning
  • Experience using authoring tools (ie: Articulate Rise/Storyline, Captivate, Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia)
  • Experience working with content management systems (ie: Showpad, Highspot. Seismic) and learning management systems (ie: BrainShark, MindTickle, SkillJar)
  • Knowledge of Amplitude solutions

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Colorado: Colorado range: $148,000 - $222,000 base salary (inclusive of guaranteed bonus) OR (inclusive of commission)
Based on legislation in New York City, the following details are for individuals will work for Amplitude in New York City: New York City salary range: $164,000 - $246,000 base salary (inclusive of guaranteed bonus) OR (inclusive of commission)
Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude California: California salary range: $164,000 - $246,000 base salary (inclusive of guaranteed bonus) OR (inclusive of commission)
Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington state: Washington salary range: $148,000 - $222,000 base salary (inclusive of guaranteed bonus) OR (inclusive of commission)
Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington only: unlimited PTO, 10 to 13 holidays annually (will vary), medical dental and vision PPO and CDHP plans. Finally, a company sponsored 401(k) retirement plan.
