At Enode our mission is to accelerate the transition to a sustainable energy system by connecting and optimizing the world’s energy devices. A fully renewable energy system is dependent on flexible demand that can adapt to the intermittent supply from wind and solar. To create this flexibility we need to connect to and control the fast-growing demand coming from electric vehicles heat pumps and other energy hardware. This is what we’re doing at Enode. Our APIs power the next generation of green energy apps with our customers representing over 250 million consumers worldwide. About the role

Enode's technology is at the forefront of the energy transition. Consumer flexibility and residential demand response present a significant untapped opportunity and Enode is on a mission to change that. We are seeking a (senior) advisor on energy markets who is passionate about driving the industry forward by helping our customers seize this opportunity.

As a (senior) energy markets advisor at Enode you will work at the intersection of our Customer Success and Product teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with leading energy retailers and exciting start-ups in the field to accelerate their adoption of successful consumer flexibility programs.

• Shaping and evolving Enode's internal energy industry perspectives and expertise. This includes staying up to date on the latest research and trends in energy markets consumer flexibility and demand response.

• Providing guidance to the product teams on how to improve our product capabilities and maintain Enode's leading position in this space.

About you

To succeed at Enode you should be passionate about our mission. You should be excited about electrification and the opportunity to use consumer products and software to solve grid challenges in the transition to a net zero energy system. We’re looking for someone who has:

• 2+ years of experience in the energy industry (renewable energy electric utilities energy management or similar)

• Experience with (or high interest in) customer-facing work and a passion for helping our customers drive the energy transition forward

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Motivation to work in a fast-paced start-up environment

• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
