Must Have Skills :

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in managing projects involving end-to-end delivery of B2B software solutions to the customer. Experience of working in projects involving cloud deployments (preferably on AWS).

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, facilitating governance meetings, and presenting to clients independently.

• Knowledge of leading teams on projects using Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban or XP, etc.

• Experience with data analysis and basic data visualization in tools like Excel and BI tools. Experience in production grade data warehouse creation and data visualization projects.

• Ability to identify problems, mediate issues, develop solutions, and implement an appropriate course of action.

• Experience and educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology or Cloud Technologies would be preferred.

• Excellent communication skills; ability to create high quality documentation along with ability to drive conversations towards constructive outcomes with a wide variety of stakeholders.

• Drive the creation, planning, execution and closure of deliverables for the delivery of Quantiphi’s solutions pertinent to Software Development, Machine Learning or Data and Analytics.

• Identifying and developing new client opportunities to innovate, transform and build capabilities on the AWS cloud.

• Lead the project and be the key liaison for requirement gathering, problem definition and creation of user stories. Execute deliveries using agile delivery methodologies.

• Applying the right analysis frameworks to develop creative solutions to solve complex business problems.

• Planning and executing both short-term and long-range projects and manage teamwork and client expectations.

• Performing technical tasks such as creating business requirement documents, user training manuals, requirement traceability matrices.

• Challenge and inspire customers and peers to solve difficult problems with ambitious and novel solutions. Collaborate with customers to solve business problems from a product delivery perspective.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to define point of view and create presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with product teams as applicable to influence product planning, roadmaps based on client requirements.

Good To Have Skills:

• Experience of managing implementation of various data modeling, reporting and visualization techniques in Qliksense

• Experience of working on projects in the retail domain
