What You’ll Do:Â
As a Senior Engagement Marketing Manager / Acquisition Marketing Manager at DotCom Therapy, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new schools as customers and ensuring that their students receive the healthcare services they need. You will be responsible for designing and executing effective B2B2C marketing strategies that drive acquisition results. Your key success metrics will be student acquisition and satisfaction.
- School Acquisition:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to acquire new schools as customers, leveraging a mix of digital marketing, direct outreach, and industry partnerships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and target key decision-makers in educational institutions.
- Student Engagement:
- Create and execute marketing campaigns aimed at engaging students and their families, ensuring they are aware of and utilizing our healthcare services.
- Create and execute strategies to drive engagement with schools in referral-based contracts
- Develop strategies for maintaining ongoing communication and building loyalty among students.
- Data-Driven Insights:
- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
- Analyze acquisition data to identify trends, refine targeting, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget allocated for school and student acquisition efforts.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize acquisition results.
- Compliance:
- Ensure that all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to healthcare industry regulations and standards.
Who You Are:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering therapy to everyone;
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service skills, attention to detail, and organization skills;
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in acquisition marketing, with a proven track record of acquiring B2B and B2C customers.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or serving educational institutions is a significant advantage.
This is a part-time contractor position. Exact rate will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, experience and other qualifications.Â
