Senior Engagement Specialist - Project Manager - Short Term Position

Archimedes Global is currently recruiting a Senior Outreach/Engagement Specialist - Team Lead to join our team in Alexandria, VA. This is a hybrid position and requires the ability to perform work onsite in Alexandria, VA. We're looking for someone who is available to lead our team in this role starting in April 2024 for an anticipated 5 month duration.

The selected Senior Outreach Specialist will be responsible to:

• Advance Private and Public Engagement efforts to develop career pipelines for transitioning Service members
• Perform as DoD lead representative to support, coordinate, develop, and assist in the execution of large scale multi-day Transition Summits at military installations worldwide.
• Engage with private industry employers (Fortune 100 Executives to Small Business Owners) on best practices to initiate and maintain successful Veteran hiring programs
• Professionally liaise with YRRP interagency partners to include colleagues from the White House, the Services, Departments of Veterans Affairs and Labor, and the Small Business Administration Coordinate travel itineraries and travel with MCTO leadership
• Responsible for contract execution and ensuring all contract requirements, staffing, accountability, and taskings are completed within technical, financial, and contractual requirements
• Contract Primary Point-of-Contact responsible for the day to day operation and all matters related to the contract

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree and 9+ years of experience
• NACI Security clearance, or higher, required (Secret security clearance strongly desired)
• Ability to travel frequently, and as necessary, to support contract requirements
• Compliance with Executive Order 14042, FAR 52.223-99 clause (Ensuring Adequate COVID-19 Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors) required (proof required)
