Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION – SENIOR ENGINEER – PROJECT

Design, defines and implements complex system requirements for customers and/or prepares studies and analyses existing systems. Determine system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility. Coordinate design of subsystems and integration of total system. Identify, analyze, and resolve program support deficiencies. Develop and recommend corrective actions.

Independent handling the Projects Preferably Metals, Paper, Fiber or Cement applications.

In depth understanding for complete project lifecycle for Projects including site handling /leading capabilities. SITC (Site Installation, Testing and Commissioning) Jobs.

Key Knowledge of AC and DC Drive operation, PLC Logic Development, HMI (SCADA).

Key Knowledge of MCC, Switchgears and process application of any one of Metals, Paper, Fiber or Cement industries.

Interact with Internal stakeholders from start of task to closure with complete independence.

Ability to take on challenging tasks and be a solution provider to customer as well as internal stake holders.

Identify, analyze and resolve program support deficiencies. Develop and recommend corrective actions.

Deliver & execute the assigned tasks on time with good quality/ cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Keep improving self-engineering capabilities and exchange best practices with other team members to improve team's capabilities.

Support Manager Execution / project engineer / CWF Engineer on technical issues.

Work closely with Manager Execution / Cross Functional teams (Manufacturing team, Procurement, etc.) to guarantee project delivery in stipulated timelines with customer acceptance

Work with Manager Execution to manage technical risk during Project execution.

Interface with team of engineers to ensure completion of work assignment.

Cost reduction through process & manufacturing improvement, and through development of reusable engineering or engineering standard

Work closely with Execution Manager to achieve customer satisfaction. Demonstrate application & technical expertise to achieve repeat order and retain customer satisfaction.
