  • Provide differentiated support and interface between the customers, business unit, product quality, and manufacturing.
  • Manage key consumer, industrial, and automotive customer quality requirements. Duties include managing and communicating customer failure analysis requests, issue resolution, improvement activities, PCN communication and approvals, periodic quality reviews, and periodic customer quality status reports.
  • Supports the Creation / Review / Acceptance of PPAP and Secure Customer PSW Approval.
  • Supports creation, distribution, and post-PCN customer inquiries for ADI PCNs.
  • Advocate for customers by representing their views and needs. Promote quality system/process improvements to meet customers evolving needs.
  • Resolve quality problems raised by the customers with personnel from various departments using the 8D approach.
  • Utilize quality tools & techniques to analyze data to support critical investigation in response to a customer complaint.
  • Generate quality scorecard monitors and publish them on time to influence decision-making and call to action.
  • Support the organization in passing external audits, generating CA, and ensuring closure.
  • Respond to Customer inquiries/questions (a.k.a. "Ask a Question") about ADI and its operations, quality system, reliability data, and product environmental information.
  • Coordinate containment activities in response to customer complaints and Convene Material Review Board (MRB) for disposition of contained materials.
  • Promote and adhere to the company's commitment to corporate social responsibility, including 5S, Safety, and Environmental initiatives.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or as needed.
  • Graduate of any related Engineering discipline

    At least five (5) years related experience in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing

    Ability to effectively and accurately communicate issues both written and verbal

    Project management and leadership skills with experience in achieving milestones in a cross-functional team

    Ability to multi-task, manage rapidly changing priorities and cope with ambiguity

    Proficiency in technical writing, independent research and data analysis

    Strong practitioner of structured Quality problem-solving skills

    Experience with automotive and/or military/aerospace customer requirements is preferred
