Senior Engineer- Flutter

Design, develop, and maintain advanced cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness across iOS and Android devices.

Architect mobile solutions and implement best practices for clean and maintainable code.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional, pixel-perfect user interfaces.

Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party libraries to ensure seamless app functionality.

Troubleshoot and optimize backend data communication for better app performance.

Stay updated on emerging trends in Flutter, Dart, and mobile app development.

Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve development workflows and app features.

Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality products.

Mentor and guide junior developers, review code, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

-Technical Skills:

3+ years of proven experience in Flutter and Dart development.

Strong understanding of mobile development for iOS and Android platforms.

Proficiency with state management solutions (e.g., Bloc, Provider, GetX, Riverpod).

Experience integrating RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and Firebase services.

Knowledge of version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with mobile app deployment processes on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development.

Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for mobile apps.

Exposure to tools like Firebase Analytics and cloud integrations.

Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and automated testing tools.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Leadership skills to mentor and guide junior team members.
