About the Role
Reporting to the Director of IT, this hands-on engineer will lead and develop IT services built to drive and optimize systems across established and future business processes.Â
Responsibilities
- Maintain essential IT operations, including servers, operating systems, security tools, applications, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, network, and hardware.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
- Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
- Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of new technologies or capabilities that can be applied across the organization.
- Strong knowledge of IAM in AWS
- Ensure that vendors are meeting quality standards of best practices with vendor partners.
- Implement IT policies and process development using industry best practices.
- Manage application changes with outside vendors, including updates, patches, migrations, and integrations.
- Resolve day to day technical challenges both applications and some hardware support.
- Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
- Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
- Participate in security incident response activities as needed
QualificationsÂ
- 5+ years previous IT engineering experience, preferably in a SaaS company
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Identity and Access Management, Network Security, Endpoint management (MDM), third party SaaS application management, asset management
- Experience in SOC2, ISO and PCI-DSS compliance would be a plus
- Experience delivering large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced IT environment and being a global team player
- Established time management skills with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.

Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position’s compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related specifications.Â

The annual cash compensation for this role is: $115,000 - $140,000 USD.
