As a Senior Engineer, IT Infrastructure you will...

Be an active participant in the day-to-day activities of the team, including planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Review and evaluate business requirements and user stories. Participate in the work breakdown and estimation of tasks based on requirements.
Provide alternative solutions to meet stakeholder needs.
Create sophisticated, imaginative, and efficient solutions.
Own small to mid-sized engineering projects.
Develop high-quality solutions; contribute to development and configuration standards by setting new patterns and best practices.
Write design documentation, as needed.
Review the work of teammates to ensure quality and adherence to solution architecture and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Participate and understand the development build, deployment, and monitoring processes with an emphasis on security, performance, and scalability.
Design reusable components by utilizing standard frameworks. Experiment with new technologies that can enhance our tech stack.
Conduct regular, self-guided study to stay current on new and existing technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years infrastructure engineering experience.
Experience at scale with appropriate technology frameworks and infrastructure for the team, including:
Public cloud infrastructure for deploying SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS, preferably in Azure.
Active Directory domain and forest design and implementation.
Design, implementation, troubleshooting, and supporting Azure AD and Microsoft 365 services.
Security frameworks and standards.
Advanced expertise in at least 5 infrastructure systems.
Strong understanding of unit testing, integration testing, load testing and related tools.
Experience in full life cycle system development including design, building, testing, deployment, upgrade, and support.
Experience with development lifecycle management tools, and concepts for version control, work item tracking, and continuous integration.
Experience applying performance tuning, scalability, security, and reliability concepts.

Base Range: $91,600 - $112,000 + Bonus Eligible
