Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Working with lead and PO in development of the Micro Services on top of Billing products, product configuration, and data analysis, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
• Successfully handle the daily challenges of the technical environment and resolve the technical issues
• Implement CI/CD pipelines
• Handling release deployments and production issue
• Implement Dynatrace alerts and dashboards for application monitor.
• Implement shell scripts for reoccurred productions fallouts issues fixes.
• Implement Logz alerts for application connectivity issues monitor in prod.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

• Engineering degree with 2 to 8 years of experience in application development using Java/ J2EE technologies
• Strong in Java, Spring/ Spring Boot, Linux
• Experience in designing and developing REST based services / Micro Service development
• Prior experience in Telecom IT (BSS) will be an added advantage but not mandatory
• Exposure to AWS( Step Functions, Lambda, SQS, API gateway), CI/CD, DevOps
• Experience with delivering projects in an agile environment using scrum methodologies.
• Candidate should have strong communication skills (written and verbal) and should be able to work independently without much guidance
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong knowledge on databases like Mongo Db, Postgre SQL and Couch Base.
• Strong knowledge on container management services like AWS EKS and GKE
• Strong knowledge on docker.
• Exposure on swagger API design and implementation
• Exposure on REST API Tools like Postman, Soup UI and Ready API.
• Exposure on Artifactory repository tools like JFrog and Nexus.
• Exposure on vulnerability scan tools like Snyk, SonarQube.
• Strong knowledge in code repository tools like GitLab.
• Strong knowledge in messaging system like Kafka.
• Exposure on project management tool like JIRA and Rally.
