Senior Engineer Microsoft Office 365

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the development of technical designs, policies, and standards for GBS Workplace Technology services

• Implementation of Microsoft Office 365 technologies, supporting technologies and migrations of business acquisitions and divestitures
• Provides specialist guidance and support for other GBS IT teams to ensure the service is healthy, available and utilized efficiently

• Facilitates open communication and discussion between direct colleagues and other teams to support engineering activities and operational support escalations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g. Information Systems Management) or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of overall experience with Information Technology in a matrixed environment
• 3+ years of work experience in a similar role
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a global team with members in APAC, EU and North America.
• Expert Microsoft Office 365 technology skills at a global enterprise scale:
  • Teams
  • Exchange Online and on-premises
  • Power platform – Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate
  • Automation based on PowerShell, Graph API and Azure Automation runbooks
• Supporting auxiliary technologies:
  • Microsoft Entra ID
  • On-premises Active Directory
  • Windows 10/11 Endpoint configuration and integrations
  • Microsoft Office configuration and integrations
• Relevant certifications, either in possession of or demonstrative of skill level:
  • MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert
  • MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams
  • PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals
  • PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
