Senior Engineer, Process Engineering

• Job Summary
  • To ensure smooth execution of back-end, post-sputter processes in compliance to process specification
  • To carry out engineering studies to improve post-sputter processes.
• Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • To monitor daily process KPOV and KPIV
  • To trigger for process or machine maintenance as scheduled or on ad hoc basis
  • To ensure compliance to operating procedures and process parameters
  • To carry out evaluations for process improvement
  • To ensure quality of parts that leave the process and own up any excursions and action items to mitigate the impact and solve the issue.

• Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent
• Preferred
  • 2-5 years experience as a Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer
  • Familiar with SPC and Design of Experiments.
• Skills
  • Minitab/JMP , Spotfire or other data analytics tool, SPC, DOE, Problem solving
