Senior Engineer, Product Engineering (Mfg.)

Responsible for performing yield enhancement on projects. Perform data analysis, device characterization, and fault isolation to determine the root cause of the problem. Define problems independently with some supervision, by identifying failure modes, quantity of material affected, and percent fallout. Influences other organizations and provides proactive feedback to management, with respect to resources and effort needed to achieve goals.

May be eligible for a hybrid schedule (work from home and the office).

REQUIREMENTS: Master degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Materials Engineering, Physics, or closely related field and 2 years of work experience in the job offered or closely related occupation.

SPECIFIC SKILLS: Must possess expertise / knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise / knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise / knowledge cannot be "quantified" by "time." Required expertise/ knowledge includes: Transistor level analog circuit design. Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment including-Hamamatsu Obirch, Hitachi 4700 Sem Multiprobe Atomic Force Nano prober. Cadence IC design and layout tools. Understanding and analysis of yield loss root cause.

Compensation: $126,464 - $150,420/year (depending on qualifications)
