• Work with Product managers, Business Partners and Engineering teams to drive different strategic and tactical initiatives backlog in accordance with portfolio architect.
• Responsible for tracking iteration progress, actively adding to design discussions, issue resolution, and resolving obstacles to ensure product and delivery commitments are met.
• Responsible for providing solution architecture to migrate complex n-tier applications that process millions of annual transactions.
• Develop automated tools and solutions using microservices, APIs, algorithms, batch scheduler process while maintaining a high quality product using DevOps best practices and frameworks.
• Active involvement in all meetings, managing backlog, driving efficiency on planning and execution and apprise the leaders of status on a regular basis.
• Identify opportunities to adopt innovative technologies and support consistent development and maintenance of vaious software tools using best practices.
• Mentor and motivate junior team members and encoruage high and actively participation from the team while providing construcitve feedback.
• Ability to assist with the scout for the best talent for the team and to retain them.

• 9 + years of software development experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experience such as:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
• Strong development experience in any one of the programming languages - Java, JavaScript, Python, Go
• Knowledge of modern datastores like Redis, Couchbase, Cassandra & PostgreSQL

• Experience in system design of several high availability and low latency applications.
• 5+ years of experience in Project management and delivery.
• Big influencer on the best tools and products and talented client or customer relationship management.
• Ability to mentor, train and allocate work and manage delivery of junior resources.
• Experience in staretgy preparation, reporting and delivery management to senior leadership.
• Knowledge in cloud native application patterns and tools, micro services architectures, application migrations to any cloud platform
• Experience of Ansible, Ruby/ Python and shell scripting.
• Experience with Container & Orchestration Technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes/ OpenShift, Envoy and control plane
• Exposure and fair understanding of Service Mesh products/frameworks like Envoy/ Istio.

• Fair understanding of Kubernetes operator, multi container.
• 2+ years of Linux Experience.
• Understanding or exposure of Logging and Monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Splunk, ELK, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
