Senior Engineer, Quality Assurance

Responsible in customer complaint management to ensure full compliance.

• Perform customer complaint investigations
• Coordinate collaboration between departments to support customer complaint investigations
• Perform customer complaint trending for analysis purpose
• New Hire Orientation trainer for Quality/Complaint topic
• Provide complaint data for cockpit/site KPI reporting in a timely manner
• Support Quality Improvement projects for the manufacturing and product quality to reduce customer complaint rate
• Provide support in any other Quality Compliance activities
• Responsible to adhere to the Alcon Code of Business Conducts and Alcon Health and Safety Environment Standards
• Responsible to observe and ensure full compliance with information security policy
