Senior Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineering

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs technical support activities related to manufacturing with engineering approaches to effectively respond teach work request in term of productivity, quality and cost.
• Releases, adds and changes process instruction.
• Establishes appropriate performance report.
• Performs monitoring, improvement, problem solving.
• Supervises Technicians and provides work guidance to Assistant Engineers in responsibility to accomplish job in most effective way.
• Performs related work as assigned.    
• Co-ordinates with other sections including oversea organization concerning technical issues related to the product.
• Investigate contamination‑related failures and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve contamination issues and improve processes.
• Analyze quality trends, contamination‑related defects, and risk areas using statistical/analytical tools.
• Support AI‑driven productivity and digitalization efforts to enhance contamination detection and quality responsiveness.
• Assist in contamination‑related requirements for New Product Introduction (NPI) and reliability metrics.
• Support overall product quality and reliability

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (IE, Mechanical, Electrical, Material, or related field)
• 3-6 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Failure Analysis, Process Engineering, or other related technical roles in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, contamination control, failure analysis, and root‑cause methodologies (e.g., 8D).
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, SQL, Python, Tableau, Excel
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with urgency and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.

PREFERRED:

• Familiarity with AI‑driven analytics, data‑modeling tools, or predictive quality systems.
• Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) programs, or high-volume manufacturing.

SKILLS:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Basic leadership capability
• Experience in SPC/Statistical tools
• Knowledge of FMEA, Control plan, Process/product audit.
