Job Description:

• Research, design, and create the next-generation of Samsung technology products.
• Drive concepts to production, work on a wide-variety of time scales, and incorporate new, bleeding-edge technological concepts into working technologies, developing new and improved product designs while creating new user experiences.
• Research and design cutting-edge sensors and systems, build their prototypes, and oversee the testing and commercialization of the technologies.
• Design and implement analog, digital, and high-speed circuits, and build combined hardware and software systems for real-world applications.
• Research engineering problems while working with a cross-section of industry thought leaders.
• Develop new intellectual property for the Samsung organization and disseminate research, resulting in the publications of patents, peer-reviewed articles, and presentations at research conferences.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, a related field, or a foreign-degree equivalent, plus 4 years of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or related role.
• Must have 4 years of experience in the following: Electronics Design - Altium Designer, LTspice, Cadence OrCad;
• Firmware Development - C, Assembly, HDL; Software Engineering - C, C++, Python;
• Android Development and Architecture - Java;
• Data Analysis and Visualization - Matlab, Python;
• Machine Learning – Python (Pytorch, Scikit-Learn, Pandas), Matlab;
• Graphic & Video - Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Occasional domestic and international travel may be required, but less than 10% of time.
