Job Duties and Responsibilities

Senior Engineer - Software sought by DISH Network L.L.C. in Englewood, CO

Manage and maintain servers and applications. Troubleshoot and work with vendors to resolve application errors. Assist business partners and team members with reporting and managing users on the reporting tool. Support data and cloud transformation initiatives. Monitor AWS services and provide optimization solutions. Contribute to our cloud first strategy. Work with all stakeholders across the organization to deliver enhanced functionality. Provide production support for the data warehouse process. Performance tuning and enhancing reports. Assist with Tableau dashboard development and maintenance of servers.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Requires: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information and Communication Technology, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field plus 2 years of experience in Job offered, Application Developer, Database Administrator & Developer, or closely related role. Must have experience with/using the following (which may have been gained concurrently):

• 2 years' experience in large cloud based data warehouse such as AWS Athena, Redshift, experience with standing up cloud-based applications that supports the Enterprise.
• 1 year experience with configuring SAML authentication.
• 2 years' experience in writing, debugging and optimizing complex sql queries.
• 2 years' experience with providing 24/7 support with cloud based applications such as analytical reporting tools (Orbit Analytics, Tableau) and data flow orchestration tools such as Control-M.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $125,000.00/Year
