Senior Engineer, Test Engineering

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sustaining qualification of BQST HAMR process

• Driving improvement in overall KPI, quality, performance, cost leadership that relate to BQST process to meet business commitment.
• Setup, qualify convert tester and monitor KPI performance.
• Update related documents; WI, PI, OCAP and FMEA
• Compliance to Standards; IMS, contamination/ESD requirement
• Inform and highlight to higher level when find abnormalities of better or worse signs.
• Follow Regulation, Discipline and Orientation and comply with company policies, rules, regulations & THO documents.
• Control and follow up to achieve management plan.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field, Electronic engineering, Electrical engineering.
• At least 2-5 years in Test  Engineering field.
• Fluent in English communication.

SKILLS:

• Machine installation, fixing and development
• Problem solving and Decision making
• Good Interpersonal Skill , Pro-active ,Positive Attitude, Accountable , Dynamic
• Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
• Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent positive results through influencing, coordinating and managing the efforts of others
