Senior Engineering Manager

As our Senior Engineering Manager, you will be required to: 

• Plan roadmap, release, and delivery along with stakeholders and scrum team
• Responsible to technically groom backlog items providing design, architecture, and implementation details
• Work closely, mentor and code review with team to release quality deliverables and groom team on best practices
• Coaching team members to unleash their full potential and goals
• Keep up to date and champion the latest technology and methodologies that enable our offering to remain best in class

To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications: 

• Passionate in building software products by writing code
• Have been in a delivery role involving multiple releases (feature, hotfixes)
• Have worked with stakeholders, BAs / POs, Developers, QA, Architects across geography
• Azure experience is a plus but not a deal breaker 
• Experience with modern UI frameworks like Angular, React
• Experience working with geo-distributed team and stakeholders
• Mentoring and coaching team on technology and delivery best practices
• Experience with backlog, delivery, and release management
• Experience with microservices architecture is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• 10+ years of total experience with C#, ASP.NET Web API, JavaScript
• 3+ years of management experience (Product company is a plus) involving delivery and people management
