Senior Engineering Manager - CRO

Course Hero is scaling! We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager. You get to combine leadership, use technical insight, and embrace product design thinking. You’ll report to our Engineering Director and manage/mentor a team of software engineers. Working with our product, design, analysts, and other engineering leaders, you will help us maximize not only productivity, but also engagement.

This is a high visibility and impact role as your work will have a direct impact on the company’s revenue. This role requires business acumen, a focus on growth principles, and obsession with data to optimize conversions. 

On the technical front, we are migrating our platform to microservices. Join our talented team to build modern apps using React and Go microservices. This is a unique opportunity to learn and grow with the company.

• 5+ years management/mentoring and growth for a team of software engineers
• Experience in delivering modern web applications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
