As a senior leader, you will guide a highly experienced engineering team responsible for building scalable, high-availability integration and connectivity solutions for enterprise-grade systems. Working closely with executive leadership, product, and technical stakeholders, you will help drive innovation, operational excellence, and engineering scalability in a fast-evolving SaaS environment. This position is ideal for a hands-on technology leader who combines deep technical expertise with strong people management and organizational development capabilities.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team focused on connectivity, integrations, and scalable data platform solutions.
  • Drive organizational design initiatives using modern engineering frameworks such as Team Topologies to improve flow efficiency and reduce cognitive load.
  • Oversee the integration of AI-driven workflows and automation into the software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment, and incident response processes.
  • Provide architectural leadership and technical oversight for large-scale, cloud-centric SaaS platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, and executive stakeholders to translate strategic roadmaps into technical execution plans.
  • Establish and monitor engineering performance metrics, operational benchmarks, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Design scalable onboarding, deployment, and feedback processes to support engineering growth and efficiency.
  • Foster a strong engineering culture focused on mentorship, knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach engineering leaders and support career development, internal mobility, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Requirements:

    • 7–10+ years of experience in high-growth SaaS or technology environments with strong engineering leadership responsibilities.
    • Proven experience building, scaling, and managing R&D or engineering organizations in fast-paced environments.
    • Strong technical background with expertise in software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-based platforms.
    • Deep proficiency in Java and experience working with scalable, high-availability infrastructure.
    • Practical experience or strong interest in AI-driven engineering workflows, LLM integration, and automation within SDLC processes.
    • Strong understanding of organizational design principles including Team Topologies, flow optimization, and engineering scalability.
    • Experience implementing modern leadership and management frameworks such as Management 3.0.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align technical and business priorities.
    • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities and a strong sense of ownership.
