Senior Enterprise Application Manager - nCino Loan Origination Platform

Position Overview
The design, implementation, management and maintenance of the nCino Loan Origination System across the Wintrust enterprise. Monitor and report performance, availability, and capacity of the environments. Manage team of developers tasked with the maintenance and enhancements of environments. Develop and maintain application support documentation. Create and continually improve processes by which the developers operate. Ensure application adheres to company policies and standards. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure we exceed customer requirements. Work closely with Program Manager and business stakeholders.
What You'll Do

• Manage and direct the work of a group of exempt and nonexempt employees. Perform annual performance appraisals of direct report employees.
• Lead the team in setting priorities to address both business needs and technical debt.
• Monitor and maintain incident and intake to ensure timeliness of responses.
• Continually improve the development processes - establish priorities for process improvements, and support implementation of new and modified processes for the area.
• Monitor controls and regulatory compliance to required standards. Maintain metrics necessary to support KPI and KRI reporting related to area of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 7-10 Years of related experience
• Strong leadership skills to lead team of technical resources, including mentoring, performance plans and reviews
• Experience with strategy, planning and prioritization for large application(s)
• Ability to influence both technical and business senior leaders
• Must have very good organizational skills, an attention to detail, very good written and verbal communication skills, along with interpersonal and customer service skills.
