Senior Enterprise Identity & Access Management Engineer

Job Brief:
As a member of an agile team, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our existing enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) services, with a strong focus on AWS Identity Management and Okta. You will help onboard new applications into these systems, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient access control mechanisms. In this role, you will work to ensure compliance with internal security policies and IAM best practices, particularly focusing on AWS IAM policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain enterprise IAM solutions, focusing on AWS Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Okta.
• Ensure proper implementation and ongoing management of AWS IAM policies, roles, and permissions to meet security and access control requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure, IT, Compliance, and Legal, to ensure robust and secure IAM practices are in place.
• Ensure seamless integration of AWS IAM and Okta for identity and access control across applications and systems.
• Assist in onboarding new applications into existing IAM systems, ensuring compliance with security policies and access control standards.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for IAM-related issues, identifying opportunities to improve and optimize access management workflows.
• Collaborate in a team-oriented environment, driving adoption of IAM best practices and ensuring alignment with business needs and security policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Expertise in AWS Identity Management, with a deep understanding of IAM policies, roles, and permissions.
• Hands-on experience with Okta for identity and access management.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices, especially in identity management and access controls.
• Experience in managing and integrating AWS IAM and Okta solutions across diverse environments.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and automation.
