About the Opportunity

The Enterprise PMO team is seeking an experienced, insightful, and forward-thinking Senior Enterprise Program Manager to identify, design, and implement efficient and effective Product Operations programs and projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Scope, build, and maintain programs that drive strategic priorities from ideation to implementation primarily through strong program management principles
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, create KPIs, plan and achieve milestones/deliverables, and overall status updates related to enterprise projects and programs
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand end-to-end program goals. In partnership, create consistent documentation, workflows, and standard processes throughout implementation
  • Ensure accurate project forecasting for internal and external contract resources, assist business teams in tracking project actuals, and proactively assess any risks 
  • Participate in establishing practices, policies and tools to expand and improve PMO processes
  • Other duties as assigned to meet business needs

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to articulate project goals to organizational goals 
  • Proven ability to influence others 
  • Ability to be adaptable
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
  • Skilled with change management 
  • Experience with hands-on involvement solving problems
  • Project Management Tools like JIRA Align, dashboards, Gantt charts
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in e-commerce or retail industry
  • Preferred: PMP Certification
