Who you are:

As a Senior Enterprise Security Engineer - SailPoint, you are responsible for developing processes and procedures to ensure the security of Frost Bank's network infrastructure. You will thoroughly investigate and test for vulnerabilities affecting firewalls, servers, desktops, Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems, wireless, and VPN technologies. You believe in effective communication and will have the opportunity to address potential problems and solutions to complex issues.

What you'll do:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the SailPoint IdentityNow system
• Work collaboratively with Application owners, IT teams, and business leadership to ensure system access is governed within the SailPoint and ServiceNow systems
• Develop and maintain metrics/reporting on access compliance and identity monitoring events/incidents
• Provide technical direction regarding Identity Governance, single-sign-on, and provisioning technologies
• Coordinate Identity Governance remediation activities with various IT departments, consultants, and Auditors
• Maintain knowledge of Identity Governance processes and methodologies
• Support the installation and maintenance of new applications, business access roles, and APIs within SailPoint
• Act as a subject matter expert for SailPoint
• Perform all other duties as assigned

What you'll need:

• 6+ years as an identity analyst or engineer in a corporate environment with 1 year of experience as a SailPoint IdentityNow Administrator
• Technical knowledge and understanding of JDBC, API, or other related access management connectors
• Ability to create scripts, develop process automation and data transformation to facilitate integrations between SailPoint, ServiceNow, and other identity technologies
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills in Identity Governance processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• CISSP, CISA, GIAC (GSEC, GCIA, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityNow
• Experience in JSON, Postman, Apache Velocity, RUBY, and JAVA
