Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Senior ETL Developer, we'll count on you to:

• Lead project teams to solve complex business issues
• Work collaboratively within a team environment
• Effectively manage time while managing multiple projects
• Lead and mentor other members of the team
• Serve as internal and external consultant to staff, provide efficient and effective solutions, define and analyze requirements
• Design and develop applications, databases and websites, identify related system components
• Research and recommend third-party hardware/software solutions
• Formulate and implement all phases of application testing from unit to system to acceptance testing
• Maintain knowledge of unique customer applications by participating in user group and networking with users
• Formulate, communicate and monitor project plans including estimates, tasks, milestones and responsibility
• Perform other duties as needed

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or closely related field
• Minimum 7 years related experience working with an ETL/ELT tool (Oracle Data Integrator, SSIS, Informatica)
• Detail-oriented individual who is able to work in a team environment
• Proficient in MS Office
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and developing for relational database applications using ACCESS, Arc GIS, MS and other languages
• Analytical tool experience (Oracle Analytics Cloud/Oracle Analytics Server/Microsoft Power BI)
