Senior Executive

Qualification & Experience:

B.E Mechanical Engineering with 3 - 5 Years of experience / Diploma in Mechanical with 5 - 7 years of Experience in relevant valve Industry

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for the PR to PO Conversion on daily basis

2. Responsible for Bought Out Parts Receipts as per the Production Plan requirements

3. Monitor the Supplier OTR

4. No Loss of Plant OTD due to Material Shortages

5. Identify the Risk and gap Analysis on Capacity for Categories

6. Plan and develop alternate Source

7. Monitor Quality of Components, feedback to Suppliers and follow for Improvements

8. Periodic review for the Open PO

9. Co ordinate with Quality / PMPS for the Product Improvement if any

Basic Requisites:

1. SAP Knowledge

2. Machined Bought outs Purchase

3. Alternate Source development

4. Machined Bought Commercial finalization
