Senior Executive

Major responsibilities:

Development of ASCs for Mechanical Seal & Industrial segments Achieve yearly Standard Industrial Pumps Spares and Mechanical Seal targets of assigned area and actively participate to ensure spare business exceed target value. Provide guideline to ASCs Service Engineer for Installation, commissioning and trouble shooting. Provide Product feedback to plant team and actively participate in product improvement activities Provide product service training to customer/dealer

Work performed

Appointment of New ASC as per decided target Periodic audit of ASC and decide action plan for ASC Development. Monitor Spare stock level of ASC and decide optimum stock level at ASC to ensure prompt and reliable service to end user. Monitor the Quality of out of warranty Service Provided by ASCs Conduct product training as and where required.

Work contacts

• Superiors, subordinates from BOs and ZOs, and Departments of Product Management & Support, QA, Production, Marketing services,
• Outside KSB: End Users, sub-vendors etc.

Independence of operation

• Decide suitable ASC Spare stocking strategy according to product requirements and implement same

Physical effort

• Most of the time work from outside the desk.
• Working beyond normal working hours to meet commitment whenever required
• Regular movement outside office during business travel

Work conditions

• Combination of Desk and Site work with higher traveling.
