The Senior Executive, Marketing (Creative Designer) is responsible for managing complex design projects and a team of junior graphic designers, execute and manage creative campaign, Ideating and conceptualization, managing stakeholders and holds good attitude at work. Ability to work and produce quality works within regional campaigns. Ideate and conceptualized with good craft. Ability to apply craft in executed quality works. Responsible for meeting all deadlines, briefs, and internal reviews.
Responsibilities
- Design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of design principles, including typography, layout, colour theory, and visual art direction.
- The ability to generate original design ideas.
- Proficiency in mentoring design teams, providing guidance, feedback, and direction.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with trends and needs within a logistical network.
- An understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
- Familiarity with print production processes, prepress preparation, and knowledge of various print formats and materials.
- Ability to work with print vendors and ensure print projects are executed accurately
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and multimedia design.
- Proficiency in software like Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Understanding art direction and translating these to visual explanations.
- Brief to visual translations
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in a graphic environment organization
- Design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of design principles, including typography, layout, colour theory, and visual art direction
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Multimedia/Visual Communication or equivalentÂ
- Able to work independently within tight deadlines and can adapt well in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, discipline, hardworking, detail oriented, high dedication and care for the business
- Strong project management skills
