We are seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter with a strong network of executive talent cultivated from at least 3 years in executive recruiting and at least 8 years of recruiting experience overall. This is an in-house recruiting role and will be supporting Veralto from its inception. Initially, this role will have full and independent responsibility for executive recruiting for all functions. This position can work remote from anywhere in the USA or Canada with a preference for the Boston area and/or East Coast time zone.

Position Summary:

  • Execute full life cycle searches to include developing the search strategy, sourcing, prescreening and interviewing candidates to attract and evaluate candidates; develop and present recommendations on qualified candidates to our hiring managers. As appropriate, partner with research associates in candidate generation.
  • Advise clients on search strategy including market/talent realities; consult with clients on addressable talent market.
  • Assess talent and discern truly exceptional talent from strong talent; maintain high bar for top caliber talent.
  • Conduct Research and Sourcing to find great candidates. Leverage social media channels to develop relationships with external candidates and talent pools.
  • Develop proactive pipeline of a strong and diverse network of potential candidates.
  • Partner collaboratively with hiring executives and HR Business Partners throughout full search. Effectively problem solve through any challenge encountered during the search. Be tenacious through to completion, adapting strategies/tactics as needed.
  • Communicate internally with customers and partners with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy when dealing with both internal and external parties.
  • Foster Danaher's employment brand and support active and passive recruiting strategies.

    Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess the executive presence and business acumen to partner effectively with Senior Management across the business. The candidate will interface with the Veralto's senior most executives as hiring managers and must be able to advise, partner with, and adeptly manage this level of client.

  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of recruiting experience; Fortune 500 company environment preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in executive recruitment with a retained search firm; this experience would demonstrate a track record of successfully building and maintaining relationships with industry contacts as potential candidates and networking sources
  • Ideally, experience with an in-house executive recruitment function or an internal recruiter performing executive level searches
  • Experience with enterprise level recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems required
  • Proven ability to develop and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy and make use of consistent processes or methodologies that ensure repeatable consistent results (including social media networking and employment branding initiatives)
  • An impeccable focus on customers and utilization of a consultative approach when dealing with internal and external clients
  • Demonstrated strategic influencing skills with candidates, clients, peers and partners; can effectively partner with individuals across our global organization at all levels
  • Experience complying with government regulations relating to hiring practices, including but not limited to: OFCCP, EEO, and Affirmative Action
  • The salary range for this role is $160,000-190,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
  • This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
