We're looking for a Senior Executive Recruiting Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team at Snap Inc!

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs

We're looking for a Senior Executive Recruiting Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team at Snap Inc!
What you'll do:
- Schedule, facilitate, and host phone, video, and onsite interviews for Snap Inc. executive level candidates
- Organize, prioritize, and monitor scheduling requests through our internal ticketing system as well as process confidential scheduling requests that may be received outside of our ticketing system
- Efficiently communicate with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, executive assistants and other parties involved with the interview & interview coordination process
- Reschedule and problem-solve as needed when candidate interview schedules require changes
- Coordinate complex candidate travel arrangements in partnership with our travel team
- Act as a spokesperson for Snap Inc. throughout all facets of the recruiting process, including all communications with candidates
- Host candidates during their onsite visit to Snap Inc.
- Partner closely with our Executive Recruiting Team to build a strong rapport and to help manage the executive interview experience
- Handle additional coordination or recruiting related projects and other coordination programs as needed
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Proficient expertise in scheduling process, tools and coordination function
- Proactive and effective problem solver who is able to think and react quickly as well as anticipate needs
- Capable of collaborating with highly experienced candidates and providing them with exceptional experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to tailor communication depending on audience
- Ability to effectively and proactively build strong relationships with recruiters, sourcers, TA leads, and build other cross functional partnerships
- Operates effectively, even when things are not certain or the way forward is unclear
- Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- 1+ years of coordination, recruiting coordination, or executive calendar management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with executive recruiting coordination
- Experience with process improvement
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, scheduling tools and Google suite
- Experience working with stakeholders in different timezones
- Experience in a high volume, fast paced, rapidly changing environment
Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. - Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) : The hourly rate for this position is $37.50 - 54.48 per hour
- Zone B : The hourly rate for this position is $35.58 - 48.08 per hour
- Zone C :The hourly rate for this position is $31.73 - 42.79 per hour
