Senior Executive, System and Data Project Management (2yrs Contract)

Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead System Enhancement Projects, collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to define requirements and drive the implementation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions on necessary
•  Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and adhere to quality standards
• Identifying and resolving project risks and issues
• Implementing project management best practices and methodologies
• Provide regular updates on project progress and address any issues or risks identified 
• Conduct data analysis and generate KPI reports to provide insights
• Prepare, monitor and analyze KPI to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align KPI activities with business goals
• Support the implementation of new technologies and systems
   

Skills and Qualifications

• • Bachelor's Degree preferably Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems/Technology or related field
• • 3+ years of experience in Project/Data Management, and System development related , or Recent graduates and soon to be graduates are encouraged to apply
• • Have a project management experience. PMP certificate is a plus
• • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• • Macro or Visual Basic skill preferred
• • Hands-on experience with system implementations
• • Strong data analytic skills with large data systems
