Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer oriented Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – Technical Support (Integration Lead) resource to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integration of SINCH services with its Partner and customers by helping them understand our product and resolving their queries related to product/application.
Key Responsibility Areas:
Lead and execute integrations between different software systems of customer with SINCH.
Test and troubleshoot the issues being faced while integration and coordinate to resolve them to reduce the overall TAT.
Providing regular updates to the all-stake holders involved.
Collaborate closely with development and project management teams to ensure smooth integration of software systems.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software integration
Prepare documents and reports for record keeping and knowledge sharing with the stakeholders.
Provide the technical demonstration of the product to the customer.
Eligibility Criteria:
Must be a B.TECH from a recognized University.
3-4 years of experience in Integrations or technical support role.
Technical knowledge on working of JSON, REST, GET API.
Technical knowledge on working of Telecom Resources like SMS, Voice.
Working knowledge of middleware/ CRM applications
Should be flexible to provide support to customers after working hour in case of urgency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Working knowledge of MS Office and other related tools for task management.
Big plus!
Relevant work experience of customer support in CPAAS.
Familiarity within the Telecom business domain.
