Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in User Experience, Interaction Design, Communication Design, Information Architecture, Psychology, Human Computer-Interaction (HCI), Human Factors or a related field
  • 3 years of experience or equivalent competency designing solutions for software, web applications or mobile native apps
  • 2 years of experience using industry standard design and prototyping tools to create low- and high-fidelity designs and define the work, such as Figma or Adobe XD
  • Demonstrated experience influencing, negotiating with and gaining buy-in from stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to apply the design decision making process and incorporate data and key findings into designs
  • Demonstrated ability to support the iterative design process from end-to-end, including wire-framing, prototyping, user testing and high-fidelity visuals


Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in User Experience, Interaction Design, Communication Design, Information Architecture, Psychology, Human Computer-Interaction (HCI), Human Factors or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience defining the success criteria and key performance indicators (KPIs) used to measure design effectiveness
  • Foundational understanding of common design heuristics and principles


Job Summary

As a Senior Experience Designer, you'll deliver superior user experiences to achieve business objectives and successful client outcomes. In this role, you'll apply UX and UI principles and methodologies to enhance product design through user research and testing.

If you are a systems thinker, who enjoys the complex ecosystem of Enterprise Design, we'd love to talk with you. Our team is comprised of both a Salesforce CRM as we all as a custom loan origination platform. We are looking for two distinct set of skills. On one side, team members who are comfortable with Atomic Design Principles, specifically within the Salesforce Lightning Design System. And on the other, team members who enjoy building the bridge between ML technologies and real-world customer problems; enabling Human-Centered Design methodologies to reframe questions unique to ML.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teams to create user-centered product designs, requirements, workflows and strategies
  • Create user experiences and interfaces for product prototypes in keeping with industry standards and best practices
  • Conduct user research, including planning, prioritization, feedback collection and action plan creation
  • Translate user needs and business requirements into compelling experiences
  • Craft user journeys, user flows, wire-frames and interactive prototypes across multiple devices and interfaces
  • Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design intent
  • Recommend metrics to define, manage and measure design success and prioritize enhancements
  • Contribute to UI and UX design best practices and templates
