What You'll Need to be Successful:

• Prior experience in Cloud Providers for Government such as AWS GovCloud, GCP, or equivalent
• Ability to develop and support detailed product feature requests in AWS GovCloud
• Experience in implementing FedRamp or a similar Government Agency certification or regulation such as NIST or DOD IL5
• Proven experience defining, developing, and delivering enterprise SaaS products
• Consistent track record of influencing across the organization
• Continually searching for effective solutions
• Experience crafting product roadmaps and authoring epics and user stories, with emphasis on the customer experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams
• Strong experience with agile methodologies and eagerness to evolve processes as business needs evolve
• Consistent track record of maintaining alignment between partners across many time zones
• Customer success, customer support, learning, partner, and digital customer experience

Great Additional Skills:

• Experience with design-thinking concepts
• Domain expertise
