Senior Field Marketing Associate
Alma is seeking a mission-driven Senior Field Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. The Senior Field Marketing Associate will play a key role in creating and driving demand for providers looking to join Alma’s community and deliver affordable and accessible mental health care. Â
Working on the Demand Generation team, you will be responsible for vetting and executing field marketing initiatives in the mental health care industry to educate and engage providers of Alma’s brand to increase brand awareness and generate demand. This will include developing relationships with partner organizations, identifying the best opportunities and events for Alma, and execution of these opportunities. The Senior Field Marketing Associate will have the unique opportunity to contribute in developing the field marketing function from the ground up. This role reports to the Campaign Marketing Manager.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate closely with the campaign manager to build a field marketing plan that integrates with growth and marketing goals
- Review inbound paid partnership requests and develop a vetting process to identify provider-facing partnership opportunities
- Build and nurture relationships with partner organizations to continuously research and stay up-to-date on relevant industry eventsÂ
- Work cross functionally to plan and execute tactics that may include but are not limited to content syndication, e-blasts, direct mail, webinars, virtual, or in-person events. Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders associated with each of those tactics
- Measure the impact of the field marketing plan by reporting and analyzing results of the tactics identifying pipeline contribution or optimizing areas of opportunity
- Own and manage a portion of the national partnerships budget
- 15% domestic travel will be required
Who you are:
- You have 1-3 years of relevant work experience; in a high growth startup is a plusÂ
- You can demonstrate your ability in B2B marketing or event planning with some experience in trade show planning; healthcare industry experience is a plusÂ
- You have project management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and lead multiple tasks from conception to completionÂ
- You are a great communicator being the liaison between internal teams and external partner organizations Â
- You have exposure to Excel, marketing automation platforms (MAPS), email send platforms (ESPs) and/or customer relationship management systems (CRMs); experience in Marketo and Salesforce is a plusÂ
- You enjoy solving challenges and can organize and marshal resources to get things effectively and efficiently doneÂ
- You are a creative thinker; ruthless prioritizer; have relentless attention to detailÂ
- You have a passion for Alma’s mission and the future of mental health

Salary Band: $75,000-$100,000Â
